Wow!! its about time that I update this blog of mine, I've been very busy all the time with my family especially with my kids. I don't have chance to keep updating my piece of journal here, also not much happenings in my life right now, inspite of just being in the house and taking care of my kids. We didn't go out pretty much outside, we are just in the house all the time.......

Sometimes my babies are getting bored, they want to go outside and explore for once in a while but hubby so busy try to making money in his online business and trucking business, so we can't really go outside because hubby spend of his time on his computer......hehehehehe.....

Anyway, I'm also tired going anywhere, I better like to stay at home all the time, but my kids are totally bored being in the house, they are like a prisoner.......hehehehhehe..... Well sometimes, we bring them to the park and we go out to the malls.... Atleast they have just to have some fun being away from home!!!!........hehehehhe

Hubby keep telling me to sleep early so that I can wake up early but sleeping early for me is to hard, so I keep watching korean movies, instead of sleeping early.. hehhehehhe.. Back when I was working at wal-mart I stop watching them because I don't have time for it but now my habbits  are coming back again.. hehehehhe.. because most of the  time Im on the computer doing nothing, end up watching movies.... hehhehhee..

Summer time is one of my favorite season because I feel like I am just like in the Philippines, when the weather like this I like to travel in beautiful places If I could. This kind of weather is a good time to go places and explore the world..hehehhe.. especially going to the beaches.. but since I've been here in the U.S I never been to the beach here, maybe in time we have enough quality time we can visit one of the beaches here nearby..

Anyway I got pretty busy with my work these days, so I don't have enough time to keep on writing here in my quiet world. I'm a working Mom right now at when I get home taking care of them, so all my time are really occupied at this time. Just updating my post here, nothing much happening with my life right now, just always at home, taking care of my babies and be with my family full time. I've been trying to look for a job though because we need more money in order for us to survive leaving here in the US. I keep trying to find a job right now, but its not easy to have one. I hope one day I can find the right job for me and I can find a nice place to work with.

I've been spending most of my time at home, but not much time updating with my blog  for everyday because most of my time is with my babies.. hahahahaha.. Researchers followed more than 88,000 healthy women for almost 25 years. They examined their food choices and looked at how many had heart attacks and strokes. Those who fared best had eating habits similar to those recommended by the government to stop high blood pressure.

The plan called DASH diet, favors fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low fat milk and plant-based protein over meat. About 15,000 women in the study had diets that closely resembled the low blood pressure diet, they ate about twice as many fruits, vegetables and grains as the estimated 18,000 women whose diets more closely resembled typical american eating habits.

It's nice to see research that really is aimed at helping people with prevention in a very pratical way, Svetkey said, she noted that the DASH diet, which stands for Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension, is available free on the National Institutes of Health Website, the study was funded with NIH grants! Hubby and Matthew are doing evening shopping tonight, they are in wal-mart right now, buy some more groceries that we need. Also hubby will picked up his medicine in CVS Pharmacy, he is out of medicine too. Matthew likes to go with his Dada and also Hubby likes to take him to shopping because he behave very good, he really enjoy shopping with Hubby because everytime he came home he have a new toys again.. hahahahaha..

Everytime his Dada is not around, he keep asking me where is his Dada, he wants to know what his Dada doing because if his Dada going to picked up some thing, his Dada always take him.. hehehehe.. The Father and son bonding is coming back like before. I'm glad that he really love to be with his Dada now and I feel happy that everything back to normal again.... hahahahha...

We celebrate Hubby's Birthday last night April 6,  we have only cake for him and only of us, no visitors, we just celebrate it by family. Hubby and I drink wine together, I got almost drunk last night with that wine. That's the first time I drink too much alcohol, wow I got a little feeling of drunk last night but it lasted only for hours then its gone, I guess the wine we drink is not so strong.

Hubby got headache in the last bottle of that we drink, we finish two bottle of wine last night and pina colada, hubby said there is a little bit alcohol of on that one too. Everytime hubby take alcohol he got headache, that's why hubby doesnt drink alcohol, only last night because his birthday and I'm kinda feel like drinking also so we drink together until we got sleepy and sleep!...hahahahha..
